Ruoff, signed by Iowa on March 3, led the visiting Energy with 19 points as Iowa won for the first time in four meetings this season against Tulsa, knocking off the 66ers 103-95 before a raucous Kids Day crowd inside the SpiritBank Event Center. Part of Thursday's crowd included more than 2,000 kids from 32 schools.
