What an ***hole of a cop. Who would an arrest a 7 year old kid for riding a dirtbike on the sidewalk. So what....He shouldnt be doing it and you tell him to stop. That doesn't mean that you have to arrest him, cuff him, and take him to the station. That is such bullsh**. That makes me so mad.
