If the current pace holds out the 8th place team in the western conference this year is on schedule to win about 46 games. This is a little bit lower than last year, but still pretty high in the scheme of things. I also don't expect San Antonio to be there at 8th...I expect them to move up now that they are getting some folks back. But with more wins for them, comes more losses for who ends up at the bottom rung.
