Keep your complaints about the music to yourself, Brandon picked it! Hope you enjoy!

Wait, he demanded the music choice in the highlight mix you made for him? SELFISH BASTUD. Trade him for Wade or K*be, they don't make people use lame beats to spice up their mix videos. K*be can jump a car, you know.

Nice!

Still, I refuse to believe that BRoy likes Weezy.

I tried to talk him into some Eric B & Rakim, but he said that's too old! Oh well!

Cool video.

So what can be done about the intro music and video before they announcer the Blazers? I went to a pre-season game and notice they are using the same thing from last year ( "it's our house baby" "This is our town" "rip city baby")

Didn't really like it last year (I guess it's kid friendly), but are they really going to use that 2 years in a row?

Agreed on the lameness of the Blazers' intro.

The Cavs have one of the best in the NBA, imo. So much energy in the building through the video/starter announcements/etc upto LeBron's chalk toss, that the actual game following is almost anti-climactic.

Nice compilation.

I've been wondering what Roy needs to do to take it to the next level, where it would be debatable if he's as good as Kobe or Wade.

Hopefully he improves his effort on the defensive end. But even if he gets good at it, he probably won't be Kobe Bryant (9 Time First/Second All Defense Team) good.

I'm thinking three point shooting. He's decent now (37.7% last year). But if he really worked on his three ball and started hitting them at a Ray Allen-esque .400+ clip, he could be such a dominant scorer. Especially when you look at him playing off of Oden and Aldridge, and Miller feeding him open shots.

That will be the one stat I watch more than any other on Roy. If he can save his energy and really start killing threes, man, look out.

Agreed.. I hope they change it up a bit this season. They always do something special on opening night, but after that.. we need some new intro videos.

I think where Roy will get his recognition as a top tier player (in the same ballpark as a Wade) is when he wins a championship. Then all of a sudden he is the leader of a team he took to a championship and his status will jump to that level.

Until then, I don't see others (besides local fans or an occasional writer) putting him into that category.

When I went last week they used the Welcome to the Jungle intro, isn;t that the 3rd year in a row for that?

I like the crowd clapping to "o fortuna"

Just turned the sound off. Man, that's some old stuff, Jarrett Jack and all.

Sorry it is a little old. I've made quite a few for the guys, but that is the only one on my computer. This season I'll keep postin em if you guys want. I did do one for Joel with The Doors. James Jones asked me to make him one with Maroon 5 of all bands!

I think the Jordan era bulls had the best opener in the history of the NBA. The music was awesome.

For Roy to get to the next level

1. He first needs to win a playoff series.
2. Offensively he needs to play off the ball better
3. Make players around him better especially Oden. These two need to develop Kobe/Shaq chemistry. (minus the drama)
4. Defense needs to improve
