The statue of the despicable lynch loving attorney/newspaperman turned politician Edward Carmack was torn down by protestors.

The statue of the Confederate general and first KKK grand wizard Nathan Bedford Forrest needs to come down too. A proposal in the Tennessee house of representatives failed because of slimy republicans who seem to approve of such character or shall I say lack of character.

This is not the Confederate States of America. They lost and lost badly. Statues, flags, and other monuments commemorating that failure of a country need to go, including that of the state of Tennessee's false hero.
