I am basically ripping this right off from NBA's subreddit but found this very interesting. I had no idea this rumor even existed or people thought he was older or that he actually might be older

It would explain why he fell off a cliff in the past few seasons. He's supposed to be 27.... just entering his prime.... and yet his defense has gotten progressively worse. His scoring is okay... it hasn't changed a ton.... but his blocks have gone down every season since his third in the league.

Also in this podcast because I am listening. Zach lowe asked if he sees Portland doing anything. References the financial situation and really only lists Harkless and Aminu as guys they could get anything out of. Says Portland has been way too quiet this offseason and it's weird because "Neil is a deal maker".
