Has anybody else done this? When I was in 9th grade I was going into a brand new school full of snobs, and stuck ups. So I ditched all my jerseys got a brand new wardrobe and started acting and dressing like them. NOBODY liked me at all. I had like 2 friends lol. So one day I decided I was going to act like myself and stop acting like somebody im not, I started putting back on the jerseys and such and then alot of people started to like me for me.Then I was surprised to see I was runner up for the "Everybodys friend" award they give out every year. I dont mind coming in second at all.Anybody else ever do this?

No. I've always been me. I would never try to change my image just to try to fit in. If people dont like me, fine. If they do, that's great. I'm not going to change myself to meet someone's demands. It's just rediculous. You are who you are, and you should never change who you are to fit in.

Ironically I live by the motto "keep it real" so no I havent tried to do that.

In 5th grade I got in to rap.. That's all I ever acted like something I'm not. I believe that if everybody likes you, you don't stand for something. Because what I stand for, I'll have people who love me, and people who just hate me. But now I'm mentally stronger and I have a tougher mind and stronger beliefs so I don't pretend really any longer to be in to the rap sh*t. That was 3 years ago.

I have always been into rap. I tried skateboarding once though. I SUCKED so bad.

Everyone still doing it got an ass wooping from me senior and junior years.

I wore a mustache for a couple weeks one time.Skateboarding isn't a fad. It has definitely lessened in popularity, but it hasn't disappeared or anything. There are kids in this city that do it, even though this place is practically flat.

I think that most new skateboarders are trying to do it to be cool and fit in. I really hate people like that..It's one of my pet peeves<_<

I started to like rap to fit in, but then I actually liked rap really..But I don't dress different, I dress how I feel comfortbale. Polo one day, shorts and a jersey the next day..lol

I don't like it when people call someone who skates for fun a "skater". Being a skater is a lifestype, skating for fun is a hobby.

Do their parents let you drink milk without the sippy cup?

That was a year and a half ago. I dont look like a ten year old actually. I look alot older now, and I got a hair cut about 1 month aftter that photo. Unfortunately, I dont have a camera. I grew from 5"3 to 5"7.5 in that period too.

Seriously CB4 you're like the resident whiney little kid around here, who are you to talk.

It was a joke, do you guys need Comedy Detectors or something? Anyway im going on 14. In that pic I just turned 12 like 2 months ago..

Obviously it was a joke, the point is that you making fun of someone for being young is like Phil Margera calling someone a fatass.

lol It's funny, because I look the opposite now then what I did before. Im a lot taller nowand I have short hair now.

I have never done this. Even if it meant my transition to a new place was slow, I have never wanted to act different. At times, moving to new places alot, it is tough, but as Balla said; You'll be OK eventually
