Actor/villain revealed for The Dark Knight Rises?

Rumour has it the main villain for Christopher Nolan's third Batman film, tentatively titled The Dark Knight Rises (boo), will be Tom Hardy (Bronson, Inception) as Dr. Hugo Strange--a mad scientist who uses growth hormone to make giant zombies, is obsessed with Batman, and wants to be him.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is expected to be in the film as well so they might have him play another one. Most of the other comic villains (including Riddler) have already been ruled out so I dunno...
