I think Yi can learn much more staying with the Nets. It's a good time for him to reflect and look at tape. It'll probably be easier for him to learn how to shoot over 40% and play defense around the team. The fact that you even attempt to justify Yi's terrible season is laughable. Yi is 3rd in all-star voting because he is from the most populated country in the world. You also discredit yourself by saying he starts for a sub .500 team in the Eastern Conference. Bobby Simmons also "is a starter for the Nets with close to .500 record."

Putting Gallo and Yi in the same category is stupid. Gallo has been injured and has not played. Stop acting like getting injured is something new to the NBA. Greg Oden missed his entire rookie season. Gilbert Arenas is also a pine jockey, too. Hell, Vince Carter was known as half man, half season for a few years. He, too, is a pine jockey as well, right.
