US Airforce pilots are expected to be able to do this for at least two mins, give it a try.

Okay after like 5 tries I was able to tie it (even though it says "I'm going to win!")...I guess if you tie it still wins? Is it possible to even defeat this or am I just dumb?

I noticed that sometimes, without saying it won, it would go to a blank board. I just assumed it mean I won. But I'm lazy that way.

Nope, if you win it lets you know (I won the game I played just now)
