[Voodoo Child]

Has anyone else heard of this French electronica-sounding band?

They've just got a certain approach to the electronica genre that I find very appealing, almost Pink Floyd-ish. It's sort of a minimalistic electronic approach with elements of jazz mixed in.

Normally this kind of music isn't exactly my style, but I've wound up purchasing three of Air's c.d.'s in the last couple of months. I'll look around for some samples of their music if everyone's unfamiliar...

They're just short clips of a few selected songs. It's not a perfect way to get a feel of their brilliance, but I suggest "Surfing on a Rocket", "Cherry Blossom Girl", "Playground Love", or "Alpha Beta Gaga" for any of those who are interested.

They did the soundtrack for the Virgin Suicides movie, and I just fell in love with them.

Yeah man, I meant to say something earlier. Awesome taste bro'... always great to see more love for Jimi on JBB. Really nice design too, with the purple n'all. I tried to request a Hendrix sig a while back, but it didn't turn out to capture him as well as your sig does...
