All-Defensive Team: What?

Yeah that is a good point. However she voted for Embid for Rookie of the year and he missed over 50.

Yeah, but the difference is that there were no particularly qualified Rookie of the Year candidates--so it's someone who wasn't exceptional or someone exceptional who missed a lot of time. In the case of All-Defensive teams, there were other perfectly qualified candidates.

Richard Walker from the Gaston Gazette is the one who voted for Lillard (left Kawhi Leonard and Avery Bradley completely off his ballot).

So, essentially, Richard Walker is claiming Lillard is a far better defender than Leonard or Bradley.

I wonder if people do this just to gain notoriety. Like, who'd know who Richard Walker was absent this stupidity.

It's nice to see you two made up....

Marcelo Nogueira from "Ole" voted for Isaiah Thomas (also voted Iguodala first team and Aldridge 2nd team, and left Draymond Green completely off his ballot).

I have no idea who Lisa Shen Yang is, or what Tencent is (sounds like poor man's 50 Cent - literally), but she seems to be very confused. She was the only one to vote for Dwight Howard as 1st Team All Defense and inexplicably also voted for Eric Gordon for 1st Team Al Defense. No one else had Eric Gordan on their ballot at all, which makes perfect sense as he never bothered much with playing defense, at all, even before he played for Mike D'Antoni.

Oddly, the rest of her ballot seems to make sense. It's like she briefly thought it was 2009 and then momentarily thought this was her 6th Man of the Year ballot.

Tencent is a Chinese megacorp - think Comcast, Google, and Facebook (and all their subsidiaries) all rolled into one.

Something must have gotten lost in the translation.

So, she actually has access to watching NBA games and still voted Eric Gordon 1st Team All Defense?

Houston. Yao Ming.

She must have forgotten Dwight Howard went to ATL.

I'm surprised she didn't vote for Ryan Anderson and James Harden. Aaahhhh... light bulb moment. Next to those two, Eric Gordon probably does look like 1st Team All Defense.

Dame's defense is underrated. Glad he got a vote. Well deserved.

Lillard is definitely better at playing defense in the NBA than anyone on this forum. I'm glad KingSpeed pointed it out.
