Wants to see Floyd Merryweather get his ass kicked by Pacquio?

I'm not as much into boxing as I was 20, 30 or 40 years ago but I really don't like this thug.

...I was an Ali and a Duran fan many years ago but don't really care for boxing the way I used to...but yeah, I'm kinda pulling for Manny though I'm sure Mayweather is the favorite.
 
I like boxing and hate seeing the state it's in. These two had an opportunity to do a lot for the sport, and themselves, and never did it. This fight is 5 years overdue. If these guys had any brains and ignored whatever ego drove their stupid decisions to duck each other, they'd be 3 fights into the series and 200-600M richer <-- yes, the money is beyond stupid.
 
Speaking of boxing, and the state it's in....does anyone find it perplexing or curious or think a great Heavweight Champ like Wladimir Klitschko, is kinda being overlooked, ignored, underrated ect... for ulterior motives because he is kinda more than being:
a "great white hope"?

I'm talking about the gutless PC press/media of THIS country.

It's a great big world with PLENTY of tough hungry men who have the potential to throw a wrench in the works of negative stereotypes when it comes to certain aspects Professional Prize Fighting....if you know what I mean.

Ukrainian Wladimir Klitschko, owner of the three other major alphabet belts and the lineal title, has dominated every opponent through 17 title defenses against all comers during his historic, nearly nine-year title reign.

I'd love to see it but it's doubtful. Mayweather wins by decision.

Gee let me see now, I wonder if that could be because of his 18 title defenses 15 of them have been fought outside of the United States. But hey, I'm just guessing.

Nope. Reread the first two paragraphs of the post (#7).....of course you don't have to but if you really want to venture another guess, try it. Lol..and, keep in mind regardless of where most of his fights have been, a Heavyweight Champ of the world is, and always has been indeed a special individual.
And this guy is about as "undisputed" as it gets.

Also, keep in mind, regardless of where most of where his fights have been, today we have so many sports outlets, accessibility and video available.

Because the heavyweight divsion has been a complete joke for a while. You know nothing about most of these guys he fights. What epic Klitschko fight can you recall.

That was my intent Vic & I thought I made that clear when I mentioned the boxers names but instead its turned into what appears to be a comedy routine. I don't know if its the young fella Steve or me but one of us is losing it.

I thought boxing was irrelevant & no one cared about it.... Boxers names I know; Ali, Mike Tyson, George Foreman, & Evander Holyfield... Don't really know any other names as I don't find it entertaining....
 
There were boxers back in the day that you just had to watch. Ali (Clay) was one of them. The man was just as entertaining as hell in the ring & the best I ever saw. Oh...he was also an asshole.
 
After Lenox Lewis retired he heavyweight division died.

To me, it's just as boring as tennis and golf... I've got no interest in watching to people beat the crap out of each other... same goes for MMA... at least WWE has some soap opera-type drama adding entertainment value, but even that doesn't intrigue me anymore...

I'd also add that IMO, basketball isn't much higher than these...

I'll admit Steve I use to be a huge basketball fan, not so much anymore, but I still get a kick out of the wrestling even though some of the story lines get really dumb sometimes.
