Sorry, but when you start from the premise that the US collapsing into a third world country isn't such a bad thing....I really don't take the rest of your argument seriously. When the ship is taking on water, there is no philosophical principle that justifies not plugging the hole. The bail-out was painful, but it was thebest of a list of bad alternatives.

I read the article. I'm not so sure I buy it, but it's an interesting read. I mean, it is an opinion piece as he has scant facts to argue with.
