Not sure you understand what “packing” means in terms of the Supreme Court.
 
ACB took an oath to uphold the constitution. She clearly believes her interpretation of the Bible takes precedence over the constitution. In other words, she perjured herself. That is grounds for impeachment.
 
If by illegitimate you mean unqualified and undeserving, I agree 1000%. If you mean like a bastard child, then I'm not so sure -- I really don't know much about here mom (or dad) :dunno:

...right, technically speaking, because there are no explicit requirements in the U.S. Constitution for a person to be nominated to become a Supreme Court justice. No age, education, job experience, or citizenship rules exist. In fact, according to the Constitution, a Supreme Court justice does not need to even have a law degree.

Technically speaking vs legally speaking...I'll stick with legally.
