A big-man coach!
If Blazer management still view Oden as a long-term cornerstone they have to bring in a coach specifically to develop Greg and the rest of the bigs.
His offense needs a ton of work. He has no counter moves, or at least he's never uses them. He has one go-to move and it's a flat baby hook. Like Zach, he stops the offense to a hault -- he'll get the ball *pause* looks for double *pause* back down -- baby hook.
In short, bringing in McHale or Jabar would speed up the development of Greg.
