Actually I agree with Maris on this one. Fake trades strike me as really idiotic. Even if they guy they want to get is good, or great, it's as if they just need to say TRADE RAEF, JERRYD AND SERGIO FOR CHRIS PAUL!!!!! and hey presto! KP gets it done.

Endlessly arguing over "woud you do this trade?" when 1) none of us can and 2) even if we could, if the other involved teams refuse there is not going to be a deal strikes me as really bad use of time. Cleaning the cat boxes is more productive IMO.

But then, no one makes me read those threads and I don't.

Last time I looked, this was still a chat board with lots of different opinions. If you have a problem with the concept, maybe you should go somewhere else.
