Yeah I kinda made the border the basis of this sig I guess its kinda iffy. I liked the idea for the text though cuz that song rocks and Carter wears #99...

Oh crap forgot about the sig. It looks really nice Jhair. I would lose the strange border maybe just make it white and a little smaller. The anti-aliasing looks off on the "but a sack aint one" set it to strong or soft. Everything else looks nice though. Nice and simple BG. Good job.
