well it's very original make the andrew part all lowercase and try the font "arial black"Maybe make the stripe a dark red or dark purple, I don't like the bright pink.

Take what arya said, and also take off that overlayed strip going diagnally - i think i twould look better without.

It doesn't look too bad but I think you should blend Bogut. Right now it just looks like you just cut out the picture and simply pasted it there.
