Like this motherfucker would ever fight fair. Can you say "Obama pals around with terrorists"? Fine, you wanna be that way? How about we start spreading a rumor that you're "proud" of your friend who broadcast instructions on how to kill cops? Or we could imply that your website has an endorsement from a guy who sold fifty million dollars worth of missiles to the evildoers in Iran (again with Iran, have you figured out how to pronounce that guy's name yet? No? Good show, Mr. Foreign-Policy-is-My-Strength) and then turned around and gave that money to a group that raped and killed hundreds of men, women and children. What's that? They were freedom fighters? Uh, no. If your friends are going to go around murdering nuns, we're going to go ahead and call them terrorists. They can be Freedom Terrorists if you want. And what the hell, let's go ahead and say that you made a personal donation to those motherfucking terrorists while they were on their killing spree.

Incidentally, all the claims he makes about McCain are linked to sources. That's why these are called "annotated rants."

I don't understand why so many are upset with McCain tactics . . . to me that is just politics.

And is Obama much better? Obama is attacking McCain. Sure in a much more subtle and politcally correct way. Just as McCain tries to tie Obama with terrorists by mentioning their names together, Obama ties McCain to the economy every chance he gets.

But the world economy is taking a dive. How much of the recent economy can you really blame on McCain? Yet Obama would have you believe that it is all McCain and the republicans fault. Obama will say he is talking about the issues and this isn't a smear campaign . . . but I have yet to hear how McCain or the republican party has actually caused the recent turn in our economy. All I hear is Obama saying lets talk about the economy and do you want eight more years of Bush . . . is it just me or is there a step missing there?

yeah, terrorism, economy, what's the difference.

Well my point is each canidate is trying to tie the other canidate to something without showing any real correlation.

But I guess Obama is allowed to try to decieve the public because it is about the economy but McCain is not allowed to decieve the public because it is about terrorism.

It's all McCain's fault. If you lost your job, are being paid less, got into a car accident, your g/f left or whatever, it's all McCain's fault, because he voted 90% of the time with Bush's policies.

^ I would make lots of money promoting the one.

I stopped reading at "motherfucker". To be honest, if someone doesn't have the self-control to be civil, I'll take my chances that I can live without whatever value they might otherwise add to my political understandings.

It's that sort of rage that seems so out of place and superfluous that makes me much more worried about the future of our country than anything either of the candidates might do while in office.

It isn't rage. It's a purposely contrived style, of "Let's stop the BS and call a spade a [fucking] spade."
