Source:"It was unclear at the time if the federal investigation was regarding the president’s finances or something outside of Burke’s work for Trump. Burke did tax-related work for the Trump Organization for the past twelve years before the two parties severed the relationship earlier this year."
It appears the word "and" should be after finances.

Either he's really horrible at picking his inner circle/cabinet etc and is a real inept buffoon, or he's really a schmuck who is a corrupt pile of shit.
