I've been a hot sauce addict for over a decade now and make it a point to try anything that looks good once.
At this point I feel like I can tell from the ingredients if it's worth trying or not, and I never buy a sauce without looking at its ingredients.
Some of my favorites off the top of my head:
Blair's death sauce - I prefer the original, and anything hotter than the after death sauce is used sparingly.
Habanero Tabasco - Will always be one of my favorite sauces for great heat and flavor.
El Yucateco - I prefer the red. It adds great heat without taking away flavor.
Secret Aardvark habanero - good flavor and modest heat
I've had a lot of Caribbean scotch bonnet sauces that I really enjoy. Basically the same ingredients - carrots, onion, scotch bonnet peppers, etc...
If you guys have any must tries id love to hear them.
