I'm actually impressed by their draft picks. They have a great eye for talent it seems like.

Even their 2nd rounders have been damn good. Clarkson and Larry Nance.

Gotta give credit to their GM. UNFORTUNATELY I do see the Lakers being a problem in the near future

Beat me to it. They have the same record as us and look better on team ratings. And are so much younger. They're clearly exceeding all expectations (hey, reminds me of us last year - although not at this time).

I would be frankly amazed if they could sustain it, because that team looks so poorly put together. But I'm gearing up to hate Russell like the young Kobe, because he has plenty of that smugness.

Idk, I think Philly has drafted pretty well, and that logjam limits their ability to win games without purposefully tanking, which is a good thing as it's likely they end up with a Josh Jackson or Dennis Smith this year.

I think Embiid/Simmons/Okafor/Saric/Noel is on par with Russell/Ingram/Clarkson/Randle/Nance

He took what Duncan did and he did the exact opposite.

Of course, most of the blame falls on Lakers management and not on Kobe being Kobe.

Last year Randle was basically a rookie, he played only 1 game the year before. Last year was also Clarksons first full year in the NBA as he was in the D-League the majority of the year prior. So I don't know what you're talking about.
