Wonder if A-roid still thinks his lawyers knocked it out of the ballpark. ROTFLMAO. Those guys took him to the cleaners.

What a farce. His ego, like so many others did him in.

Interesting. Now the Yanks don't have to do anything until after the season is over. Will there be another ARoid mea culpa? 2015 ST will now be the circus, question now is...at the Yanks camp or another team.

...Tote, I really don't think we'll see him again...I think he's done.

^^^ I agree. But how ugly is it going to get...that is the question.

...after being away so long, I don't he'll be a serviceable player again, at least enough to have a place in the Yankee's line up...and I don't see another team being willing to take on that circus.
...I believe the Yanx will simply pay him his remaining salary and tell him "see ya", which while costly, may be the best move. I just don't see any scenario where ARod can ever rebuild the bridges that he's already burned...I mean even his own frigging union wanted to kick him out.

That's one heck of a divorce settlement. But I'm afraid you are correct and that will be cleanest solution. I wonder if Cashman stands over Hal & Hank as they sign that check and says "I told you so".

I can actually see this ego maniac trying to come back just to hit 6 more HRs for that extra 6M. Fortunately there's no way he'll get the next 6M because he's NEVER going to reach 714

^^^it's still up to the Yanx as to whether to play him or not...besides, after his stunt with suing the MLBPA I doubt they stand behind him in any sort of protest...I may be wrong but I don't think the Yanx are obligated to anything other than his remaining salary.

not hal just dickhead hank responsible for a-rod signing fiasco

When does A-rod sue all his lawyers for incompetence

I'm not sure someone touched on it yet, but right after dropping these lawsuits, they have sued the New York Daily News, two of its reporters and former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik for defamation.
