I don't like both teams but Wemby got too cocky too fast. Go ThunderI predict OKC in 6. The Spurs haven't faced a team with this level of depth and a team that I think is more athletic than they are.
My youngest is currently obsessed with the movie Goat on Netflix, which is basically “what would Zootopia’s version of the NBA look like?” It’s pretty good, with a ton of inside jokes, including some Blazers and Sonics references.
The Spurs have faced OKC 5 times and won 4 of them, including one in a tournament situation. What are you talking about?I predict OKC in 6. The Spurs haven't faced a team with this level of depth and a team that I think is more athletic than they are.
You conveniently left out his good FT shooting.i
why the hell is Yang an object of discussion....he was a disaster this season
* he had a PER of 3.7, which was 566th out of 582 players
* he's a 7'2 C who had a terrible TS% of .413. which was 556th out of 582 players
* he had a net rating of -32
* his offensive rating was 84. That ranked 565th out of 582
* his winshares/48 mark was -.075. That was 567th out of 582
* his BPM was -9.5. That ranked 564th out of 582
this guy sucked so much he could be twice as good next season and he'd still suck, a lot
jdub healthy. okc unfefeated this playoffs without him, now they're deeperThe Spurs have faced OKC 5 times and won 4 of them, including one in a tournament situation. What are you talking about?
And if you’re talking about the playoffs only, OKC hasn’t faced a team as good as the Spurs. I mean come on. Spurs are the clear favorite here.
no I didn'tYou conveniently left out his good FT shooting.
jdub played on Christmas in OKC and the Spurs won by 15. And Wembanyama only played 26 minutes. Spurs would be undefeated against Phoenix and Lakers too.jdub healthy. okc unfefeated this playoffs without him, now they're deeper
I guess we'll see but the Thunder are a two to one favorite to win the series.... that's how Vegas sees it. Your opinion is valid but I think mine that the defending champs who have only got deeper will beat the even younger upstarts, is just as valid.The Spurs have faced OKC 5 times and won 4 of them, including one in a tournament situation. Bottom line is he’s a very good FT shooter. Especially for his size.no I didn't
that's part of his shitty TS% which I noted. His FT shooting was offset by him shooting 31% of FG's (559th out of 582) and 11.9% on three's
You’re even bad at predicting how I’ll respond. I don’t need to brag about anything. Vegas has been wrong about shit all year. If you understand the game of basketball, you know that the Spurs will make quick work of the Thunder. I mean, pay attention.I guess we'll see but the Thunder are a two to one favorite to win the series.... that's how Vegas sees it. Again, we'll see how this goes down but this is pretty typically you to have an opinion and saying someone else's reasonable opinion is ridiculous. If I'm right you'll just not address it but if you're right you'll brag about it. Very very kingspeed.
Again, typically you. Your position that the Spurs will win the series isn't ridiculous but you can't stop there... you have to take your opinion to the Spurs making quick work of the Thunder. SMH. The Thunder are the defending champs, The Thunder haven't lost a game yet in these playoffs. The Thunder are damn good.You’re even bad at predicting how I’ll respond. The Panda Express guy, whomst as I recall is also part-owner (how many people own this team?), is really high on Yang and wants to see him play. Tom is saying it to go on record.why the hell is Yang an object of discussion
Very blazerkor of you to say OKC winning last year means they’ll win this year. Celtics won it in 2024 and didn’t make ECF the next year. So blazerkor of you to hedge with “I won’t be surprised if Spurs win.” Anyone who has actually paid attention this year knows the truth: Spurs will make quick work of Thunder. Just like they did in regular season. Quick. Work. Damn good isn’t good enough.Again, typically you. I won't be surprised if the Spurs win the series but I'll be very surprised if they make quick work of it. My position is still that the Thunder will win this series and even if the Spurs win, if they don't win in 4 or 5 games, you'll still be wrong because you have to have such an extreme position. Very very kingspeed of you.

By the way, if you care, Knicks will make quick work of Spurs.

I sure hope so. I developed a strong hate for the Spurs after watching the way Wembiid plays and his attitude and smarmy expressions and his dirty tactics. Hope the Knicks wreck them hard.By the way, if you care, Knicks will make quick work of Spurs.
That last sentence is definitely true; neither team has been challenged in the playoffs.jdub played on Christmas in OKC and the Spurs won by 15. And Wembanyama only played 26 minutes. Spurs would be undefeated against Phoenix and Lakers too.
Series altering with 5 minutes to go?Detroit got robbed.
Don't remember if they were in the penalty there and would/should have been getting free throws.... Definitely series altering here.
there was only a second left at the time of the no call.Series altering with 5 minutes to go?
Gotcha. I didn't watch. I must have misunderstood the conversation. They were probably talking about the no-call that went the other way a few minutes prior.there was only a second left at the time of the no call.
Not to mention he only shot 34 of them all season.no I didn't

I don’t know. You would love Wemby if he was on our team doing all of that.I sure hope so. I developed a strong hate for the Spurs after watching the way Wembiid plays and his attitude and smarmy expressions and his dirty tactics. Hope the Knicks wreck them hard.
