Bleacher report is fanfic for basketball junkies. Nothing wrong with that, although they do kinda present themselves as a real eZine. It is what is it - a bunch of articles posted by non-paid fan writers. As far as I can tell, anyone can write about anything they want and get it posted on Bleacher Report. In that way, it's kinka like a glossy version of this forum with a lot more ads.

P.S. To give you an idea of the kind of things that get posted on the Bleacher Report, the last article linked from there was an article, by a Jazz fan, about how the Jazz have the best fans in the entire league. Not exactly objective reporting.

I find it really really funny how on so many forums people are talking of going after Oden then they talk about giving him a very small contract. 5 years 15 mill or even smaller amounts. It seems like most fans havent' really done any research and are just looking at his injury history. I mean if were talking about offering him an 8.8m Qualifying offer then they gotta at least make his contract at least half of that a year or were gonna match. Not that i'm saying anything is wrong with talking about players we want, but when you get into contracts you want to offer someone at least have the decency to do a little research first.

I think we have a shot of landing Dwight Howard in 2013 for 5m a year.
