Julian Assange has gone back on his promise to turn himself over to the United States, after he asserted that he would do so last week, if the US were to pardon Chelsea Manning. He has made several excuses to why he will break his pledge, siting the fact, that Manning was not immediately released, though he never asked for her release to be immediate.
"If Obama grants Manning clemency Assange will agree to US extradition despite clear unconstitutionality of DoJ case."
