Hey'a Rick: True Story-

The guy in #16 has a similar hair style (if you wan't to call it that) as my Brother In Law.....
he began with a Horseshoe balding style. Let one side grow ridiculously long (on 1 side only), then He'd comb the long hair over the balding top of his head, looked like a freakish toupee more than real hair...........effing hysterical.......!!!
