Australia's Matt Zions opened up a three-shot lead after the third round of the wind-swept, rain-lashed Saint-Omer Open on Saturday thanks to an impressive 67 to edge closer to a maiden European Tour title.
The United States-based 32-year-old birdied the last two holes to reach six under for the tournament, three clear of South Africa's George Coetzee, Italy's Federico Colombo and Daniel Denison of England.
"I feel like I'm getting better each day, particularly with my putting, and the hole is looking big right now. This is a good spot to be in and I'm excited about tomorrow," said Zions.
