Flip Murray scored a new personal best 36 points, but the Austin Toros fell to the Sioux Falls Skyforce 116-104 Wednesday evening at Cedar Park Center.
The Toros' Dexter Pittman recorded his first double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Jazwyn Cowan tallied 11 points and four rebounds off the bench.

The Sioux Falls Skyforce finished with six players in double-digits including Anthony Mason (24), Henry Walker (11), Justin Hamilton (17), Tre Kelley (24), Tajuan Porter (14), and DeAndre Liggins who had a double-double (11 points, 11 rebounds).

The Toros struggled to move past an early deficit of 40-17 brought on by 77.3% sharp-shooting from the Skyforce in the first quarter. The Skyforce were outscored by the Toros 32-28 in the second quarter to close the half 68-49. Despite narrowing the gap to nine points twice in the fourth quarter, the Toros failed to overtake the Skyforce.
