While this may be interpreted as completely non-sensical, I will say as a resident of Tempe, AZ that one would take what ever means they can to get out of the sun.</p>

My lil' bro's friend had the same thing happen but he didn't die, just got a mashed up leg. In his case he was really, really drunk.

I think he was a tourist. Or he was just on a trip of some sort. Says he was with his wife who went shopping with a friend.</p>
