I like how they put those fucking "American Reinvestment Act" signs in random places saying they are improving the roads or what not. Saw one yesterday in Palos Verdes, Ca, in a neighborhood of $5million+ homes on a pretty well-maintained road.
 
What never ceases to amamze me is the level of corruption in construction of all types. And then, the feds give millions to the very companies they know are doing crappy & fraudulent construction. Yeah, that makes sense.

Yup. The road construction crews here in LA is nothing less than a criminal organization IMO. So fucking corrupt...the roads are absolute shit, they sit on their asses and still they just do random shits to keep them busy.
