It's from a Golf Channel reality show called Big Break NFL. The idea was to break a pane of glass in "X" amount of time as one of the challenges. Instead, Chi Chi hit the metal base at the perfect angle to get a ricochet shot to the nuts on his first shot.
One of the NFL players on the show it Jerry Rice, and another is Tim Brown.
