Why does the National Media and sometimes the Pac-10 media always put Cal ahead of the Oregon schools and why are they always held in a higher regard?

I mean Oregon has pretty much dominated Cal especially this year, and OSU has not lost in Strawberry Canyon this DECADE!!! WTFF... thats crazy...Cal is way under the oregon schools, really happy we dismantled them....

Also I would love for the Civil war to be for the Pac 10 title, at least a share for the beavers....

cal was supposed to be good this year, but got exposed by the upper tier teams in the pac10.

I think the media is starting to give UO more respect as the #2 Pac-10 team.

OSU has been earning respect because how good they have been over the past 3 and a half years as well. They have simply been better than Cal. I guess its just California vs Oregon (state wise) that is the problem?
