Supposedly the party it happened at was at Rocco’s house and the defense lawyers said he would testify that he saw the girl initiating things with Ben by giving him a handjob. If Rocco is lying that’s fucked up. To be fair I have no idea if he actually testified only that the lawyer said he would back up Ben’s side of the story.
