I can't remember the last time I listened to a Snoop album but his next one looks like it will be an improvement. I found this on wikipedia

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Snoop's new album takes the LBC, native back to his gangsta roots. The rapper told MTV.com his new "Blue Carpet Treatment" album has allowed him to embrace his true nature. "I went right back to the 'hood,'" he said of his album's production. "I took it back to the basics. I've been making a lot of pop songs, lot of R&B songs. Songs that may have made my fans feel like I wavered from what I was naturally accustomed to doing. But I'm an entertainer and I entertain people and that's what I was feeling at the time. But right now, I'm feeling like going right back to the 'hood." Pharrell Williams said the rapper's newest music video 'Vato' will not only feature his gangsta side, but will also tackle the issue of racial conflict in Los Angeles and call for racial unity.

Snoop Dogg recently confirmed Dr.Dre had a big input on this album. He produced several tracks and mixed most of the album. One of the tracks that have been confirmed is "Imagine" and features Dr. Dre and is a tribute to Tupac Shakur.

Obviously there is going to be some trash on there but there are a few things to look forward to, especially the Tupac tribute featuring Dr. Dre. I also like the fact that Dr. Dre has had alot of input on this album.

Vato looks like a pretty good track. Production by the Neptunes and you got B-Real on it too.

Xzibit's supposed to have an album coming out towards the end of this year too. Obviously won't be as good as his classic stuff, but I've always been a fan of his.

His album has already leaked. I'm sure you can download it somewhere now and buy the album when it comes out.

I'm not a fan of Neptunes beats and who the *&$)
is Battlecat? It's like a combination of played-out guys (B-Real, MC Eiht, too short) and new guys that suck (rick ross, wayne). Why can't he just do a 10-song album with Dre and Kanye and be done with it?

Just get the tracklist and download it from the standard places like limewire or go onto a torrent website. Buy the album when it's released though.

Oh. I never knew you could download full albums. lol. But don't worry, I probably won't be downloading anything anyways, it ****s up my computer

I just dl-ed some of the tracks on that list.

Vato- It was pretty good. Had a nice beat and sounded more like the Snoop songs that I'm used to. But, the chorus is dumb and B-Real really doesn't add anything to the track.

Candy- Kinda odd. Had a simple beat and a lot of rappers. I can see it getting catchy the more you listen to it. That girl's voice in the hook is annoying. And E-40's gay. Goldie Loc's verse was good.

The Real Talk- Snoop songs are best when you got a heavy beat that makes the listener ignore Snoop's mediocre lyrics. This one was another simple beat, and I didn't really like the track. There's a few no-name producers on this CD.

Bounce- You can tell will.i.am produced this track. I liked it though. The beat was different.

My Peoples- Actually liked this one a lot. Good beat by Battlecat, Snoop busted out some decent rhymes. Even through the whole shout out thing, it was good. Felt like it came out of a Dre album.

I might end up burning the album. Doesn't look like it'll make me pull out my wallet though.

Methodman's last album wasn't good at all...

T.I.'s King was great.

Damn, just got Rotten Apple, and the album really lived up to the hype.
