Best Ever Cartoon Character

I was watching Alladin (disney) recently, when I thought "that genie has to be the best, most memorable cartoon movie character ever". Who do you think is the best/most memorable cartoon character ever. Movies only, otherwise we'd get too many bugs bunny and mickey mouse answers.I say the Genie out of Alladin (voice of Robin Williams) or maybe Scar from the Lion King.
