I don't even own a 360, but I played a couple of Halo 3 campaign levels with my friend... they were awesome. Vehicular chaos FTW.

For 360: You have to get Bioshock, I mean the game is just epic, a little creepy to start out with, but not so bad later on at all. Another game you might want to consider, but should play with a friend is Gears of War. I only truly enjoyed that game when I did co-op. More yelling and stuff
