He really did some intervention thing, and put this ad in the newspaper. This was after the 10 years he got in prison when the police found him sleeping in his home. The guy is actually a very successful person IMO - he was in the wrong area of the money making - but regardless, he knew his stuff. If I were a corporation I would not look down at him because of his past - he is a straight up skilled guy.

I agree with Reppin. He must have some skills if he was able to get away with doing that for as long as he probably did. Weed isn't that bad anyways.
