If it makes me tear up just watching it, considering how mean I am, just imagine how much it means to that little girl.
That is one of those things that even if you believed it was self serving of her to do, it doesn't matter. What matters is what the little girl got out of it and I believe it was a lot.
Hopefully, she will live to be 100 and look back and tell her great grandkids how Beyonce helped her get better.
