Dude, your link doesn't work but I find it hilarious that you UPS drivers have your own internet forum.

Is she throwing packages marked fragile over the fence like the rest of the drivers do?
Thats Fedex the non-union cheap labor guys.
Our supervisors follow us around in their own cars too much to pull stuff like that.
They want to make sure you're not sitting in some parking lot drinking and getting stoned, too.

Zags can I join your forum and post?

Its not 1 driver. It was multiple drivers with both companies. UPS being union made no difference in their service level, as you claim. The main guy had a key. He got sick and we didn't receive any packages for 3 or 4 months (maybe more). Drivers either would put a notice on the elevator on the ground level (again, of a downtown public garage) or I would get an email saying it was left at my front door (which again, is the garage) only to find nothing there. I think 3 or 4 packages were left for us that we never got and last month our neighbor luckily found our coffee grinder just sitting out in the garage.
Both companies have sucked. At least with Fed Ex, they'd call us some of the times and I'd come meet the guy. I tried to get UPS to call me and was told it wasn't allowed.
