173 Million for an often injured player is a bad offer and deal. The question is, what percentage is guaranteed.

All of it. This isn't the NFL--contracts are fully guaranteed in the NBA by default. Teams or players can negotiate partially guaranteed or option years, but it wasn't reported that this deal has any of those (that I saw).

I woulda lost my job that day for punching him in the nuts like 10x.

I woulda lost my job that day for punching him in the nuts like 10x.

In my interview for my next job I'd bring in the video and say:

"If you try to put my face in your crotch, I'm probably going to punch you there multiple times. I really don't know any other way to react."

:dunno:

Jesus how did Blake not get suspended for that?! Is that the same trainer that Blake punched and broke his hand? Mabye Blake was asking for BJ from that trainer and he said no so Blake punched him?!

Kind of the Bonzi Wells "basketball to the back of the head" vibe. If your looking for actions that show someone is a complete A hole than that is probably an indicator.

If you can tell me he will stay healthy for at least 4 of those 5 years then BG is worth it but his injury history, which may be the longest in the league for a player his age, just doesn't give me any confidence that he isn't going to be banged up every year and as he ages his body will break down and those little nagging injuries will become more and more common and become bigger and bigger issues.

This thread is, well, nuts, just like the deal the Clip Joint gave Griffin. Then again, Ballmer is at the helm, so what could go wrong?
