Game 3 is at home, take care of business and we are back in it! Sure the games have not looked good, but we have also played about as poorly as we possibly could have. I don't expect us to play this bad all series. We will come out ready!
 
Blazers win the next 2 at home and we go back to lac with a tied series and downed Clippers team that we can Beat...then back home for a game 6 win at home for the series...so yeah in 6

Blazers can get the confidence they need with the next two at home

It's gonna be all about the 1st and 3rd quarters of game 3... and how we come out. If I see a good run in them for those, my confidence would be there.

Regardless, this is the best thing for this team. It is answering a lot of questions. I'm very happy regardless.
 
For real though (Kingspeed homerism aside) if the guys figure it out and can win 2 at home then there's no reason to believe they couldn't bring that success back to LA.

I feel it's almost like we are either going to get swept or the series is going 7 games.

How much will Home Court mean? The Clippers did not play well at all in game 2.....and still won by 21. That was their letdown game like what OKC did with Dallas. Durant was HISTORICALLY bad and OKC still almost won that at the buzzer. Portland was bad in Game 1, mad adjustments, Clips played bad and got blown out again in game 2.

I think Portland gets a game at home and the Clippers are just flaky enough like with what happened last year that they even let Portland back in this series. But it's going to take a big departure from what has been going on for this to become a legitimate series.

We've won 18 of our last 21 games at home. We've blown out the Warriors and Cavs at home. I like our chances on Saturday. I thought we played better in Game 2 then we did in Game 1. We're getting used to how they're playing us and Mason Plumle nearly had a triple double. He's the key to the series. When Dame gets trapped, he gets the ball to Plumlee and Plumlee can make plays. We need Aminu and Crabbe to make shots. They should shoot better at home. I think we blow them out in Game 3 but Game 4 will be the tough one.

I hear what you're saying, but this is the 3rd straight game with the same team. That kind of throws out the home records. 18 of 21 is nice and all, but a 3rd straight game and perhaps a lack of confidence... it will be tough both games. I do believe we can win game 3.
 
Poor Kingspeed, one of his overly-optimistic predictions finally came true, and no one will even give him $100.
