with this schedule coming up.... we are looking at possibly 4-5 game sunder 500. by dec 1st. we are already 8th seed if layoffs started today and 3rd in division. ye sits early but are 0-4 vs every good team we have played. not to mention lakers, dallas, sa, hornets are about 4 games ahead already.

We've played 10 games, and we're already people are pushing the panic button? lol
 
- our best player is a shell of former self

- brutal schedule where we are 0-4 vs good teams

- aleady 4 games back of 5-6 teams

nothing to do with being a fan. im just saying we are fucked. obviously its not gonna be pretty and that bums me out cause i do love the blazers.

However, we stall have a lot of talent, Godzilla and Oden shall return at some point and I have a feeling Roy will transform himself into a better player. Your glass is always half empty. But we have a bright side.

On the other hand Mixum, we have NOT been playing bad basketball. We're a few bounces away from being 8-2, despite our injury problems.
 
When I made my prediction earlier this season I said 54 wins and 1st round and out. When I made that prediction I assumed that Roy would miss 20 games, and I also assumed players such as Rudy would have been traded. But I was also assuming we would have had one of our centers back by now. I still believe the Blazers make the playoffs and are 1 and done. 54 wins is going to be a stretch though, since Roy will never really be the same player again. I figure not having a closer will cost us 8 games, minimum now. So probably 46 wins, 7th or 8th place, 1 and done.

I don't think the western conference is nearly as good as it has been the last few years, and that being said, is why I think that the Blazers will make the playoffs. It's not so much what they Blazers will do, which I expect they will go back to beating the bad teams and losing to the good ones. Its the fact that teams like Houston look like shit, and teams like Denver will most likely implode by the trading deadline.

you guys are just afraid to make a prediction. you can talk trash to me but you have no guts when it comes to making a bold prediction.
 
We've won 6 of our last 10, but if you pretend we didn't I guess that would mean we lost 4 of seven.

The reality is we've lost 4 of 10, are ranked 8th in the west, and would be tied for 3rd in the east.

We're tied for 10th in a field of 30.

I'm still really confused about how you get random capital letters showing up in the middle of random words of a sentence. It is extremely strange.
 
maris its not where we are but whats ahead and how far teams like the spurs, dallas, hornets and jazz are ahead of us

Tue 16 @ Memphis WIN (Joel is back for this game, team relaxes a bit with more inside presence)
Thu 18 vs Denver WIN
Sat 20 vs Utah LOSS
Fri 26 vs New Orleans WIN (mark it up)
Sun 28 @ New Jersey WIN
Tue 30 @ Philadelphia WIN

Blazers will be 11-6, and you'll magically forget that you thought the Blazers would be under .500
