Yep. Or trade for a pick. Or lopsided trade I guessWouldn't we have to waive someone?
you have to cut someoneDo we get an exception to carry an extra player or do we have to cut someone? We already have 15 on the roster.
If you have a guy out long enough sometimes the NBA gives you an injury exception. Not sure we would qualify but it does happen.you have to cut someone
Im worried about taking players out of the situation more than who we add to it. My gut tells me that Victor could go without creating displeasure, but I'm not confident you can say the same about T-Rob, CJ, or Wright.Jermaine O'neal wouldn't be a chemistry problem. Any player that played for Carlisle can play for Stotts
I have no doubt Victor goes if we have to cut someone..I'd cut Barton personally but he's always suited up on the bench. Victor can easily get another job on a team like the Knicks or Pacers or some eastern conference team that's thin or needs defense. Actually the Pistons would be a great fit for VicIm worried about taking players out of the situation more than who we add to it. Considering him and his family live in Dallas I'd say it's a long shot... But.. Who's the better team right now?

Has anyone watched him play recently? Can he still be effective? It ewould be cool to see his career come to a close in Portland in a full circle kind of way.
