That is, according to Henry Abbott of ESPN:

LOSERS: The Portland Trail Blazers

The Blazers carry high salaries with a mediocre team, and we know for certain the GM has not spent the summer executing a new master plan. We know this because there is no GM. But common sense would suggest this team has to win a lot or change a lot, and one of its favorite tools of the past -- outspending rivals -- has grown trickier.

Larry Miller will shed light at 5 30.

And the Colts will make the playoffs.

Ooh, I like this game. I'll see your balderdash and nincompoop and raise you one poppycock.

Fuck you both.

Henry Abbot is hardly an unbiased observer. He's a hardcore Blazer fan who let his emotions write that rather than his intellect.

What Abbott doesn't realize is that we think we have a great roster

If Brandon and Greg are healthy. LOL

Um, no. He's a hardcore Blazer fan who generally posts anti-Blazer "analysis" in an attempt to show his lack of bias to the nation.

We already had a thread about this.

I am not sure what got up Henry Abbott's butt, but he is flat out wrong.

"high salaries".

The only long, big deals the Blazers carry are:

LaMarcus (not a mediocre player)

Brandon (contract will be ditched in amnesty next year if not this year)

Well, there goes his lazy writing.

As they say, Garbage In = Garbage Out.

He claims Blazers are "losers" with the new CBA, which is silly.

Under what type of CBA would the Blazers have been listed as a "winner"?
