That was a legal pick. The only issue that I can agree with is that it was unnecessary given the time and score. The team shouldn't need something this insignificant to motivate them in an elimination game.
And, Patty, leave this stuff out of twitter, please. Threatening them by saying they will have to "deal with the rest of the family" makes you look weak.
Unnecessary considering the game situation. But nothing illegal about it. Hope this is one more thing to get the boys fired up!

it's the playoffs.
It's not very likely we'll have a chance to repay Cardinal. So I guess since he picked on the smallest guy in the room, Barea should maybe have his head on a swivel?I've watched a lot of NBA basketball and I don't think I've ever seen anybody set that kind of a hard screen at the end of a game when the outcome is decided. Certainly it was within the rules, but it wasn't necessary and could have resulted in an injury. There are some things you don't do to opponents in the NBA like rubbing it in by trying to score at the end of a game when the W is sewn up. Cardinal crossed that line of professional "etiquette". I hope it brings a bit of payback at the Rose Garden.

still guys... we played hard till the end with the full court press, why do we expect someone else to stop playing hard when we still are?
