You buy this from a company and a percentage goes to this charity...etc...And it's been a big flop....and a lot of people think Bono doing this was a mistake because it could hurt non-profit charities....they fear business will take over charities...etc..."There is a broadening concern that business is taking on the patina of philanthropy and crowding out philanthropic activity and even substituting for it," he said. "It benefits the for-profit partners much more than the charitable causes."
