Critics claimed to be optimistic Wednesday following the latest court hearing in the legal saga that is Atlantic Yards. This time, it was an appeal of a lower court ruling upholding the state’s environmental review before New York’s second highest court. The critics, who have yet to win in any state or federal court, need at least a split decision to take an appeal to the state’s highest court, delaying the project once more.
