I hope Blazer fans boo Kobe at the game tomorrow night. He's a rapist and a member of the hated Lakers. He doesn't deserve any respect from PDX. All other arenas have given him a standing ovation, F that! Make headlines Trail Blazer fans. Boo him! Keep the rivalry alive!

I think we all know that there will be 500-1000 Kobe jerseys scattered throughout the Rose Garden. He will be cheered. I can only hope the boos are sufficient to overwhelm the adulation.

I'm willing to bet there's more than 500-1000 jerseys. I was reading a thread on Reddit a week or two ago about a guy who got screwed by Stub Hub. He purchased tickets to the Jazz/Lakers game about three weeks before Kobe officially announced his retirement. He bought the tickets for a fairly reasonable price. After Kobe made the announcement, tickets soared to around $1500 a pop. Stub Hub and the original seller pulled the tickets back, refunded him his money, and would do nothing to correct the issue. So I'm guessing if tickets to the Jazz/Lakers were going for $1500 a piece, the pricing would be similar in Portland where we have A LOT of California transplants.

I refuse to accept that. >5% Laker fan attendance? Deplorable.

Someone should count. @SlyPokerDog!! We have a job for you!!

I will honestly be shocked if it's anything less than a roaring cheer for the rapist. We will most likely witness a sea of piss and purple.

I'm glad I won't be watching or in attendance.

That's what I think. Every piss drenched Lakers fan within 200 miles is going to try to get into that arena to cheer their hero. I'm glad I won't be able to witness it.

I went to the game right before Kobe announced his retirement, which co-incidentally, was against us. Glad I didn't end up shelling out a bunch of bucks for it.

I always thought of them as California implants

The whole crowd should stand up and turn their backs when he's announced, and whenever he shoots free throws.

Problem with that is that a forth of the crowd is going to be Kobe fan boys, cheering him on. It really stinks.

...it would be pretty badass if the Rose Garden could lay claim to loudest Kobe boos! I think he would appreciate it in an endearing kind of way. Almost like, I love you too guys/gals. Fuck Kobe and fuck the Lakers!

Ill be at this game. I wont boo him.
He was never convicted and who he is off the court doesn't change what hes done for the game on the court.

SLy might boo the hell out of him though!!! HAHAHAA

I'd boo the hell out of him, like I have every time I've ever seen him play.

Watch Quick try to take credit for the boos...
